20% Renewable Energy by 2020
Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism Joan Clos said the last day 15 the “serious commitment” from Spain to renewable energy, biofuels and the interconnections on arrival at the Energy Council in which he confided that the Twenty – to achieve “a consensus” on these issues, despite the differences of time.
