Wind vs Solar Energy

Wind Energy all know … We have become accustomed to seeing huge wind turbines on the hills bordering Spanish motorways and expressways. A good example is the village of La Muela, Zaragoza, and the succession of sublime mills on both sides of the A-2.

However … it is too cumbersome, it seems to be something reserved for huge capital.

In contrast, the Solar Photovoltaic (electricity based on the Sun as primary energy source) has further democratized, allowing any citizen or company access to an “investment fund / pension” profitable and secure.

Financial institutions have already seen the business, and increasingly are more participants in these financial assets, or rather, investments. And that’s a calmness that is well known that the banks never lose.

Where is the business? Very roughly, the end of 2006 the kWh consumed in a household (TMR: Media or reference rate) is paid to 7.7644 cents (€ RD-809/2006), but the kWh produced by photovoltaic solar energy 44.0381 cents charges (€ RD-436/2004; RD-1556/2005; RD-L 7 / 2006). That is, is sold almost 6 times more expensive than it costs to buy! There’s the business …
